These are the two national inter-club competitions, held annually. Up against strong competition, QO always aim to raise as big a team as possible for the qualifying round, held every spring somewhere in the SW.

Under competition rules, for 2020 QO found itself classed as a big club, possibly for the first time. That means we entered the Cup with other big clubs, rather than the Trophy, which is for the minnows.
The following are for our performances, all in Trophy heats, except in 2018 when we qualified for the final and in 2020 (Cup).
