Handicap scores

& Score conversion table

These are the handicaps applied to scores to take into account the effect that age and gender can have on performance. They are used for our QOFL Handicap League, After Dark series (QOADS) and our club championships.

Method

All times are first adjusted by multiplying competitors actual times by handicap factors based on the competitor's age class. "Age class" actually refers to the combination of age and gender, as seen in the table below.
