Colour-Coded Courses
Short Green is particularly popular with older competitors, so try to make it navigationally challenging but with minimum climb and avoid very rough ground.JOG Courses
You can basically think of them as:
Hare = Short White
Squirrel = Short Yellow
Badger = Short Orange
Fox = Light Green but probably with fun and games
