It's just like catching buses...you don't see one for a while then two come along at once...opportunities to run at Braunton Burrows have been rare over the years but this Bank Holiday you can run there twice. Also featured:

Braunton Burrows was the centrepiece of the 2010 JK but we had to wait six years to orienteer on it again.

This late May bank holiday weekend, it's being used for both a long race on Sunday (27 May) and a middle distance race on the Monday. The difference is basically long races are longer and have more route choice; middle races are run hard and straight over short legs.

Entries have reopened and close this Sunday (20 May).
