Steve Robertson will run through his planning/controlling check list, illustrated with examples of issues at events where he has competed, planned or controlled which may, or may not, have been noticed by the competitors and how to avoid some of these during event preparation.

This activity will be of interest to both existing and prospective planners/controllers (and others).

Directions / Parking

The venue - Broomfield Village Hall - is the same as for the Fyne Court relays and AGM.

Parking - in the field behind the hall.

The activity will run between 19:00 and 22:00.

Facilities: toilets, refreshments.
