A message from Graham Hartley, who is planning Bristol OK's event midway through June. Courses available for juniors as well as seniors. Graham would also be delighted to have help from any QO members on the day.

Dear Fellow QO Members,
You are warmly invited to participate in the Sidcot and Winscombe Urban event on the evening of Wednesday 13 June. More details can be found on the BOK website and entries can be either EOD or via Fabian 4. Courses are Blue and Green (16+ only) and Orange.
As planner, I can tell you that the Orange course is entirely on the school grounds, has no road crossings and is very suitable for those who normally do the longest of the JOG courses.
Helpers needed:
If anyone is intending to come and would be able to help with car parking or entries, a half price run is available. Your help would be much appreciated.
