Quantock Orienteers take home trophies at local event

Congratulations to Oliver Rant and Adam Fieldhouse who came 2nd and 3rd in the Humdinger Half Marathon.
The Humdinger Half Marathon is a challenging local marathon, organised by Running Forever Running Club, which starts and finishes at Fyne Court with enough altitude gain to make any planner happy.
Oli and Adam moved their race rivalry onto the hilly windy lanes of The Quantocks - this time it was Oli who had the edge coming in 2nd place in a time of 01:24:14 just ahead of Adam who finished 3 minutes behind with a time of 01:27:12. Congratulation to both Oli and Adam, as well as all the other runners for completing such a tough course.
Oli and Adam, along with Adam's brother Robin, make up one of our relay teams competing at British Orienteering Championships 2022 next weekend on Iron Hill & Parkgate Rough.
