Richard, Tom & Chris flying the flag
Richard, Tom & Chris flew the flag for QO at the first SWOA relay event of the season on Sunday, over at Badbury Hill, nr. Swindon.
They finished a creditable 4th out of 10 SWOA teams.
QO have entered four teams for the DEVON relay this Sunday at Knightshayes, near Tiverton. This includes one junior and three senior teams.
If you’d like to participate in any of the relay races, please contact Captain Chris and he’ll slot you into a team wherever possible.

The Bristol OK 'Adams Avery' relay on Saturday 29 (June) will be in the Harris format, just like the Devon relay will be on Sunday (16 June).
Apparently, Dr Avery himself will be presenting the prizes on its 50th anniversary event. According to the NGOC website, Dr Avery lives in the Bahamas and competes regularly in triathlon events, despite advancing years (he's apparently in his mid-eighties).
