2013/14- Tom takes on the veterans
Tom Hasler M12, now competing at the highest level of technical difficulty, finished top junior in Short Green, a league usually favoured by ultra-veterans! Jan Daniels was top female on Orange.
2012/13- Modicas almost sweep the board
A very successful season if you were a Modica! M45 Spencer finished 4th on Blue edging out two very strong runners from BOK, the Simmons. W40 Angela won the Light Green from M10 Tom Hasler and on Yellow, W10 Izzy won with brother M8 Tate runner-up. Mike Crockett M75 won Short Green.
2011/12- Green wins Orange?
James Green won the Orange course outright. Meanwhile Bill Vigar was top supervet male on Green.
2010/11- wins for Norman and Mike
Brian Fletcher M35 was runner-up on Blue to Wessex's Gavin Clegg M55. On Green, Tony Hext M60 pipped BIll Vigar M75 to be the runner up to runaway winner, BOK's M14 Michael Hallett. Winning at a canter also were Mike Crockett M75 and Norman Harvey M65 on Short Green and Light Green respectively. Jan Daniels W50 was 3rd on Orange.
Pre 2010
Bill Vigar won Blue in 2005 when handicap scoring was used. Bill was a dominant force in the 1980s, winning half a dozen Blue titles between 1980 and 1990. He secured another two titles after dropping down to Green in 1998 & 99.
Mike Crockett won Green four times in the 1990s.
Norman Harvey won Orange in 2007.
