Quantock Orienteers will be holding a First Aid course on Saturday 10 May at Staplegrove Village Hall. The course is open to all QO and SWOA members.
If you are involved in orienteering as a competitor, volunteer, or coach, having up-to-date First Aid knowledge is valuable. Although incidents are rare, being prepared makes a real difference. Everyone who completes the course will receive an Emergency First Aid at Work certificate.
Our last course was well received. Participants described the training as practical, interesting, and a good reminder that First Aid skills are useful not just during events, but in everyday life too.
