Captain's log
Too fast?

High-end orienteering
I've just read about the recent achievements of a member of the GBR Orienteering team, which puts things in perspective:
"Kris Jones finished second in the Inverness Half Marathon in 64:58, just 31s behind Robbie Simpson. Robbie ran the Marathon for Scotland at the Commonwealth Games. Two weeks earlier, Kris had won the Scottish Cross-Country Championships."
(from CompassSport Magazine)
That is four consecutive sub-16 minute parkruns! Awesome

Moral- it's not always navigational skills to blame when your race time is double that of the winners!
