This year's Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 10th September after the Club Championship at the Boat & Anchor Inn, as well as a club social and prize giving for the Forest League.

Club championships event details
The social and AGM will be held at the Boat & Anchor Inn, Bridgwater TA7 0AG.
The buffet is a set menu cold buffet for £10 per head. The club will subsidise under-10s, so you only have to pay £5 per head for them.
Bookings for the buffet closed on 5 September.

| 11.00am | Mass start for Senior 1hr Score course |
| 11.05am | Mass start for Junior 1hr Score course |

| 12.15-1.30pm | Collect controls. Close registration. Transfer to Boat & Anchor TA7 0AG (follow tourist signs from Westerly BMW roundabout on A38) |
| 1.30-2.00pm | Gather/drinks at the bar |
| 2.00-3.00pm | Buffet available in the conservatory. Self-service. Pre-payment through RaceSignUp at £10 per head. Families will be subsidised. |
| 3.30-4.00pm | Presentation of trophies, certificates and awards in the bar area |
| 4.00-5.00pm | AGM |
