Comments from organiser Karen:
Today’s event was held at Fyne Court. 25 people took part and the results will be published shortly.
We were blessed to have another perfect autumnal day with just a slight misting but otherwise perfect orienteering weather.
All that took part thoroughly enjoyed the well planned courses in great surroundings.
Our thanks go to Sheila for planning, Pete for assisting with putting out the controls and for Angela for controlling today’s event.
It is always great to have help with the putting out of the controls and it did mean that Sheila and Peter were very relaxed when I arrived - they were enjoying cake and coffee. Can't be bad.
Also, a big thank you to all those that helped – Ray and Sue Toomer and my wonderful niece for her help on the registration desk. Oooh and I must not forget to thank my other half - Richard - for collecting the maps for me.
Thanks to Judy and Sheila for taking the photos.
