With this weekend's forest league event having been cancelled, newly installed club president Roger Craddock has an alternative competition for club members this weekend.
Prizes will be awarded for the top senior and top junior.
There's just a couple of catches...

Here is a challenge!
I am recovering from a hip operation and would like to try a ‘power walk’ on the Longrun Meadow Parkrun course next Saturday at 9.00am.
How about starting the ‘O’ season with a 5km run against the clock?

Just two conditions:
- Your time as recorded by Parkrun will be adjusted by the usual BOF age factor handicap
- You must wear a QO shirt
The winner will be awarded a bottle of red wine!
Alasdair (our new Chair) is offering another challenge to the Juniors (under 14?) on Sunday at 09.00.
The winner will awarded a box of chocolates!
