MapRun and Routegadget
Many of us use Routegadget to analyse our runs and compare them to other people trying the same course. But did you know that all MapRun events and permanent courses automatically upload your track to a special Routegadget page?
That means that every Street Series course and every GPS or QR punching JOG course has its own Routegadget page. For linear courses you can also compare splits.
There are even Permanent Orienteering Courses with this functionality! You can try them out in your own time, perhaps even do them several times and compare different route choices.

Get Active This Autumn
Our JOG series may have ended for the year, but we have plenty of permanent courses you can use to keep up your orienteering skills and enjoy getting out into nature.
Some are traditional courses where you write down the letter or number on a wooden post. Some are tracked by GPS on your smartphone. And some you scan QR codes to prove you've been to each control.
Check them out here...

Quantock Weekend of Orienteering
This February we are planning a weekend of orienteering. Three events over two days.
We start on the Saturday with a special event in the centre of Bridgwater. Then in the evening we have one of our Street Series events in the east of Bridgwater. To finish off, Sunday brings a regional heat for the CompassSport Cup/Trophy.
Final details can be downloaded here if you prefer to print a hard copy.
